| Chocolate Sunflower Butter Brownies |
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of Chocolate Sunflower Butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 TBS baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 TBS cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- In a food processor or a bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour the batter into a well greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Let the brownies cool completely before removing them from the pan.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge. They will last at least 1 week.

*These brownies are very moist because of the shredded zucchini. They will seem undercooked but once you take them out of the oven, let them cool and store in the fridge, they will firm up!
