apple cranberry hand pies

apple cranberry hand pies - these were good! I suggest add some extra (brown) sugar to the filling. Made crust w/o food processor and it came out fine.

Ingredients
DOUGH

• 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 12 Tbsp (1.5 sticks) cold butter (salted)
• ¼ cup cold water

FILLING

• 2 small apples
• ¼ cup dried cranberries
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• ½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ⅛ tsp ground cloves
