balsamic bruschetta chicken

I would love to be able to tell y'all how good this dinner was.  How nicely the bruschetta topping complimented the chicken.

Ingredients
CHICKEN

• 2 large chicken breasts
• ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
• ½ Tbsp olive oil
• ¼ tsp minced garlic
• a pinch salt & pepper

BRUSCHETTA TOPPING

• 4 medium roma tomatoes
• ½ medium sweet onion (vidalia)
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• to taste salt & pepper
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
